Virtual Art Design’s Privacy Policy has been adopted to explain the way we store and use the information about you which we have collected online on our websites and mobile platforms, during your use of our products and/or services (apps and games). Virtual Art Design (and its subsidiary companies) respects the privacy rights of Users and acknowledges the importance of protecting the information collected. By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, you give consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Virtual Art Design and his owned or controlled subsidiaries and affiliates shall be collectively referred to herein as “Virtual Art Design”, “we”, or “our”, as the context requires. Virtual Art Design is a developer and publisher of social, casual and sport games for the web and mobile devices. By using and/or installing our websites, Applications, Games or any of the related services, you signify your assent to our Privacy Policy and understanding that Virtual Art Design may use and process your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Virtual Art Design collects both personal and non-personal User information. Personal information is information that identifies you and that may be used for contacting you on-line or off-line.

You can control and find out more about these settings at the SNS on which you play our game. By playing a Virtual Art Design's game through an SNS, you are authorizing Virtual Art Design to collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information that you agreed the SNS could provide to Virtual Art Design through the SNS Application Programming Interface. Your agreement takes place when you choose to “accept” or “allow” (or any similar term) one of our applications on an SNS.

When you use any Virtual Art Design's game at mobile platforms such as iTunes App Store, Google Play, Amazon App Store, Windows Phone store or any other mobile platform or store where our games and apps are published you allow Virtual Art Design to access certain information from the profile you have on that site, store or service. The information Virtual Art Design is allowed to access varies by game and mobile platform, and it is affected by the privacy settings you accepted at the mobile platform itself. You can change these settings and find out more about them at the mobile platform where you download or play our game. By playing a Virtual Art Design's game through a mobile platform, you are authorizing Virtual Art Design to collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information that you agreed the mobile platform could provide to Virtual Art Design through the mobile platform Application Programming Interface. Your agreement takes place when you “accept” or “allow” or "install" or "download" (or similar terms) one of our applications on an mobile platform.

•Registration for Virtual Art Design and/or other service accounts;

•User support and/or technical service requests;

•Contest registration and prize acceptance;

•Player match up and other head-to-head online competitions and/or special game-specific events;

•Access to our products and/or services on social networks or other third party services; and

•Otherwise through use of our software, mobile or online service where personal information is required for use and/or participation.

 

3. Where are the information about you stored

Virtual Art Design stores information about you on servers located in the United States, but reserves the right to transfer information elsewhere at its sole discretion. Personal data collected within the European Union may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Union. Data collected may also be processed by staff working for us but operating outside the US and the EU or for one of our suppliers. By submitting your personal data, you automatically agree to this transfer, storing or processing. 4. How Virtual Art Design uses information collected

Virtual Art Design uses your information only as follows:

• Virtual Art Design collects and uses Users personal information in association or through different API or SDK of Social Network Sites, Mobile Platforms, Data Analysis Networks or Mobile Ad Networks. By installing or using our services or games the User also agrees on any such additional Privacy Policy provided by such Site, Platform or Network. The following are some of such companies which are used on our Sites or in our Games or Apps, so you can check or opt-out of your data through their Privacy Policy forms: iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, FaceBook, Samsung Apps, Nook, AppAnnie, Flurry, Admob, Google Analitycs, GetJar, TapJoy, Paymentwall, SponsorPay, Vungle, AppLift, MobPartner, Unilead, YeahMobi, Chartboost, AdColony, Glispa, and many others.

 

5. How the information collected are disclosed

We may disclose your information to third parties, that is parties other than Virtual Art Design, in the following circumstances:

 

5.1 We may share your information with subsidiaries, partners and affiliates we work with, own or control, but only if those entities are either subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described here.

Other players may also be able to send you game requests or even friend requests through the related SNS’ communication channels or through API of mobile platform.

 

5.4 Virtual Art Design may share information about you and other users collectively, anonymous information and certain technical information (including IP Addresses, MAC Addresses for mobile devices and mobile device IDs) to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the service and on the third party websites. We may also allow advertisers to collect this information within the Service which they may share with Us.

 

5.5 We reserve the right to: disclose your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, judicial proceedings, court order or other legal process; enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Virtual Art Design, our employees, users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction purposes.

 

5.6 In the event that Virtual Art Design undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, sale of all or a portion of its assets, we may transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the succeeding organization in such transition.

Virtual Art Design does not sell products or in-apps for purchase by children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children’s products we sell are meant for purchase by adults. If you are under the age of 13, you may use our Sites or Mobile Games and Apps only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

 

7. How does Virtual Art Design protect your information?

Virtual Art Design understands the importance of keeping your information safe and secure. Virtual Art Design will make commercially reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and ensure the security of our systems. 8. How you can access and update or delete your information

 

8.1 You can change or update your account information at any time by logging on our sites or SNS and navigating to different account settings. Should you be unable to log in or wish to have your account(s) deactivated, you can send an e-mail to our Support Team at virtualartdesign5@gmail.com . You can put “Delete my Account” or “Update my information” as subject line and include your first name, last name, e-mail address and user ID number (if applicable) in the body of the e-mail. We will be happy to review, update or remove information as appropriate. However, we may still retain your information in our files, in order to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreement, and due to technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our websites, mobile games and apps.

 

8.2 If you have granted Virtual Art Design's access to your SNS account information through our application or mobile game, you may manage the information that Virtual Art Design receives about you from an SNS. For this purpose you will need to follow the instructions of that particular site for changing your privacy settings and updating your personal information.

 

8.3 You also may have the right subject to certain exceptions to be given a copy of certain data that Virtual Art Design may hold about you (for which we may charge a small fee to process) and to have any inaccuracies in the data that Virtual Art Design holds about you corrected and/or erased. We shall need sufficient information from you to establish you identity and to verify your access request, as well as to assist us in handling your request.
